The first step is to complete an information request form on our platform. Important data such as desired destination, travel dates, approximate budget and personal preferences will be collected here.


Once we receive your request, we will schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting with one of our travel consultants. During this meeting, we will be able to get to know you better, discuss your travel needs and desires, and answer any questions you may have.


After the meeting, a consultation fee of €20 will be required. This payment is necessary to proceed with the creation of the personalized itinerary and to guarantee mutual commitment in the counseling process.


Once payment is made, our team of experts will start working on the creation of your travel itinerary. Your preferences, interests and specific requirements will be taken into account to design a personalized travel plan tailored to your needs.


Once the initial itinerary is completed, we will send it to you for review. You will have the opportunity to make changes or adjustments according to your preferences. Our goal is to make sure that the itinerary perfectly fits your expectations and requirements.


Once you are satisfied with the finalized itinerary, we will proceed to confirm the services and activities included in the plan. We will provide you with the corresponding payment details to complete the reservation.


Once payment is received, we will make the necessary reservations for your trip, including flights, accommodations, transfers and any other activities or services requested.


Once all bookings are confirmed, you will receive a complete travel dossier containing all relevant information about your itinerary, including flight details, schedules, accommodation addresses, practical information about the destination and additional suggestions to make the most of your travel experience.

We can do it by email, phone call or, most advisable, through videoconferencing platforms.

We will use popular and reliable tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, among others, to ensure clear and effective communication during our meeting. These platforms allow screen sharing, information exchange and real-time conversation, which will allow us to discuss your travel needs and answer your questions efficiently.

Before the meeting, we will send you a reminder with the link and access details to the videoconference. You will only need to have a computer or mobile device with a webcam and a stable Internet connection to participate in the meeting.

Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and safe environment to discuss your travel plans, get personalized advice and resolve any questions you may have. We will try to adapt as much as possible to your schedule preferences.

You will have 3 options:

  • ONLINE PAYMENT: You will be able to pay using a credit or debit card through a secure and encrypted process.

  • BANK TRANSFER: In this case, the bank details required to make the transfer will be provided.

  • ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PLATFORMS: You will be able to make the payment with PayPal, to make the payment quickly and securely.

YES, it is generally permitted to review and make changes to the proposed itinerary. The purpose of the review stage is to ensure that the itinerary fits your travel needs and preferences.

Once you receive the proposed itinerary, take the time to review it carefully. If there is any aspect that you wish to modify or adjust, you can contact the travel consultant.

Please note that some changes may be subject to availability and possible additional costs.

Remember that the goal is to create a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs, so it is important to clearly express your preferences and make the necessary modifications to make your trip perfect.

Review and approval:

Once you have reviewed the proposed itinerary and are satisfied with it, you must indicate your approval to proceed with confirmation and payment. You can contact the travel advisory team or use the online confirmation feature, if available.

Confirmation of availability:

In this step, the travel advisory team or the reservation system will verify the availability of flights, accommodations and other services included in the itinerary. If everything is available as planned, you will move on to the next step. In case of any unavailability, you will be informed and alternatives will be sought.

Payment of the itinerary:

Once availability is confirmed, you will be provided with payment options. You can pay using the payment methods accepted by the platform, which may include credit cards, bank transfers or other electronic methods. Follow the instructions provided to complete the payment.

Confirmation of reservation:

Once payment has been received, a booking confirmation will be sent to you. This confirmation will contain details of the itinerary, including accommodations, transfers and other activities booked.

It will depend on the duration of the trip. For itineraries up to 14 days, you can receive them in a period of less than 7 days and for longer itineraries, between 10 and 15 days after receiving the payment to start the preparation of the itinerary.

Nomads connexion, will take care of all reservations, except flights. We will give you some options and you will be able to decide and book the flights. In case of doubts, we can always help you.

Once your reservations and itinerary are confirmed, we will prepare the guide dossier with all the details of your trip. Generally, we expect to have it ready and sent before the start of the trip, several weeks in advance. The exact time frame will be agreed upon during the reservation and will be communicated to you.

The guide dossier will contain crucial information such as flight schedules, accommodation details, confirmation of transfers and activities, location recommendations, practical tips and any other relevant details to help you make the most of your travel experience.

Remember that it is important to carefully review the dossier guide once you receive it to ensure that all details are correct and, should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact the travel advisory team for assistance.

Yes, it is possible to pay in different installments. We offer the option to split the payment in two parts: 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 90 days before the start of the trip.

This two-part payment option may be convenient for those who wish to secure their reservation and begin making the necessary arrangements, while having the flexibility to make the second payment at a later date but within the established time frame.

Contact the travel advisory team or consult the platform’s terms and conditions for accurate information on available payment options and to ensure you meet the established deadlines.

If you wish to cancel your trip, cancellation fees apply according to the conditions below, unless otherwise indicated. If you or any member of your travel party needs to cancel the reservation for any reason, you must provide us with the cancellation in writing. All cancellation notices must be emailed to your personal travel consultant.

  • 30 days or more prior to departure date: 30% of the total price of the trip will be withheld.
  • Between 15 and 30 days prior to departure date: 60% of the total trip price will be retained.
  • Less than 14 days prior to departure date: 100% of the total trip price will be retained.
